The second volume in my “NEO-V EXTREME MIXTAPE” series. While the first volume I put out to help boost my surgery recovery fundraiser, this one is made up of tracks I sketched out in the months of recovery following the surgery. I spent the first few weeks bedridden just watching Serum tutorials on my phone, and as soon as I could muster an hour of sitting at my computer every evening I went crazy with the plugin, just doing stuff with wavetables that people figured out 15 years ago but were new to me, blowing my own petite lil mind.
After about 2 months I was well enough to move around on my own, and I went to a rave in the woods and danced til sunrise, just truly feeling at home in my body for the first time ever, and idk it felt really good!!! This mixtape I hope to serve as a sort of snapshot of this year and all of it’s insane peaks and hellish dips.
